Extra 300 Transition
The course prepares students to act as PIC of the Extra 300. It begins with a review of all known aerobatic maneuvers and how they are performed in the Extra, then proceeds to advanced vertical maneuvers, tumbling maneuvers and recoveries, torque rolls, and advanced spins. Three point, wheel and crosswind landings are covered in depth along with emergency procedures.

Advanced Aerobatics
After completing the basic aerobatic course or demonstrating proficiency in the basic aerobatic maneuvers, students can proceed to more advanced aerobatics in the Extra. The course is designed individually based on student goals but can include inverted flight, inverted turns and spins, slow rolls, vertical flight, vertical rolls, hammerheads, snap rolls, tumbles, tailslides, torque rolls and outside maneuvers.
