Cancellations within 36 hours of a scheduled flight or no-shows will be charged for a half hour of aircraft time and one hour of instructor time. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time for a lesson or ride is considered a no-show.

Training and rides can be scheduled up to one month in advance. In the event a ride is canceled due to weather or aircraft mechanical issues then the customer may reschedule up to six weeks in advance. Customers who travel to ARR from more than 200 statute miles may schedule three months in advance.

Instruction in owner's aircraft requires inspection and approval by a Gauntlet Warbirds approved mechanic. The IP and Gauntlet Warbirds must be added as additional insured to a policy with at least $1 million of liability coverage.

Customers must sign a liability waiver before training or a ride begins. You can download a copy of the waiver here, if the customer chooses not to sign then they will receive a full refund.

Once gift certificates issued by Gauntlet Warbirds reach their printed expiration date they become an account credit for the amount they were purchased for. This account credit does not expire but is not refundable.

Gauntlet's military discount is offered to current members of US and allied armed forces including active duty, Guard, and reserve personnel who are going on a flight with Gauntlet, not for gifts purchased for others. Please show your military ID at the time of the flight.

Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. All sales are final.
